BABILA APP - UX CASE STUDY FOR BABILA

Babila is a startup company dedicated to addressing the needs of domestic workers. Aiming to solve the challenges faced by them, being subject to exploitation, substandard living conditions, non-payment, debt to repay, and human trafficking. In addition to the challenges faced in finding good employers / employees, and the overpriced remittance systems.

Our goal was to develop a multilingual social media platform (Application) for both employers and employees, facilitating the search for quality domestic workers and employers, digitizing visa, and administrative procedures. Over the course of 4 months I designed over 100 wireframes for more than 10 application tasks (developed primarily for Android systems) and 6 journey map elements, as a UX design intern. 

Aside from that, I was in touch with Softeq's tech team and the design team of Babila to ensure the specifications are met for end product quality, as well as propose improvements regarding certain functionalities. 

The final deliverable was a first drafted version of the application's tasks, submitted to Softeq for feedback and future changes.
